Goss, president and chief executive officer for The Skillman Foundation, will write the introduction for the fourth edition of Who's Who In Black Detroit®.

Goss began her career in social work in 1972 working for numerous nonprofit organizations that offered services and support to the community, including the Oakland County, Michigan Family and Children's Services, and the Children's Home Society in Oakland, California.

In 1987 she began working with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. There, Goss supervised a two-and-a-half year project to improve the lives of children living in an impoverished Detroit neighborhood. Goss was named president and CEO of The Skillman Foundation in 2004 where she brings together business, government, charity and community resources to solve problems and build a strong future.

Goss graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology, and earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan. She is married to Tom Goss, and has three daughters.
