- A
muralist
from
Miami
has
spray-painted
the same
two
words
thousands
of times
on a
building
on
Detroit’s
west
side as
part of
an
effort
to
encourage
world
peace.
Renda
Writer
worked
this
week
painting
“World
Peace”
over and
over
again.
He tells
The
Detroit

The
mural is
part of
his
World
Peace
Mural
Tour,
where he
is
creating
similar
murals
in
several
U.S.
cities.
Writer
was in
Detroit
last
year for
a
project
that
included
scrawling
the
words
“Black
Lives
Matter”
thousands
of times
on the
side of
a
Midtown
gallery.
