  National Coney Island hosts Lions cornerback Johnson Bademosi at Willow Woods School in Sterling Heights

STERLING HEIGHTS, MI - National Coney Island (NCI), one of Michigan’s oldest and most recognizable Coney chains, hosted Detroit Lions cornerback Johnson Bademosi at Willow Woods Elementary School in Sterling Heights Tuesday, October 25, as a part of their annual “Take A Lion To School” contest.

Two brothers, Ethan and Wyatt Pulliam, who are third graders at Willow Woods, were recently announced as winners of National Coney Island’s (NCI) “Take a Lion to School” contest and received the opportunity to take a Detroit Lions player to their classroom.

The two brothers received a private meet and greet with Bademosi then they introduced him to their classroom, where Bademosi spoke on the importance of education, answer student questions, sign autographs and take photos. The Pulliams also received four tickets to a Lions game, a $100 NCI gift card and a special gift from the Detroit Lions.

One additional student winner will be chosen and announced in the coming weeks for the opportunity to take a Detroit Lions to their school on Tuesday, November 29.
