Louisiana Creole gumbo restaurant is a small business with big plans. Our future includes expansion of our stores through our unique satellite franchise system. We will expand our catering services through aggressive marketing with plans to eventually build a banquet facility. Our lunch truck business is growing and we will ad more lunch trucks as business grows. We also seek to return our unique product to the shelves of grocery stores and specialty stores in and around Detroit and thorough the nation.
