Craig
will
serve as
the
Grand
Marshal
for the
Motor
City
Showdown
scheduled
to take
place at
the city
airport.
This is
the
first
legal
Drag
Racing
event
spearheaded
by Brian
Olatunji
of
Leadfoot
Events,
LLC.
This
event
will
feature
thirty-two
spectacular,
wheel
standing,
fire
breathing
2,000
horsepower
cars
with a
world-class
car show
exhibit.
This
family
friendly
event is
free to
children
under
the age
of 12.
There is
an
admission
fee for
adults.
The
event
will be
held
Saturday,
September
23, from
3:00
p.m. to
9:00
p.m.
with
Pre-ceremony
event
beginning
at
4:30pm.
At 5:00
p.m.
Chief
Craig
will
kick off
the
races on
the
Coleman
A. Young
International
Airport
runway
located
on 11499
Conner
St, just
off
Gratiot
Ave. in
Detroit.
